This playful intro to art making is designed for young creators who are ready to explore, experiment and express themselves freely. Our projects are designed for ages 5-10. We adjust our techniques and expectations based on each child’s age and skill level to ensure plenty of room for creativity and exploration. Here is an overview of the 8 week course: Week 1: Landscape Painting (oil pastels and layering) Week 2: Mixed media collage Week 3: Watercolor and ink florals Week 4: Pop art acrylic painting Week 5: Landscape printmaking using foam printing techniques Week 6: Kawaii Drawing Week 7: Canvas clay painting Week 8: Creative Choice Week — our budding artists choose their own subject and materials to create a final project

Cancellation Policy
We know life happens and schedules change — here is everything you need to know about our cancellation and make-up class policy at Flowscape Studio. Missed Classes: We offer up to 2 make-up classes per 8-week program for missed sessions. Weather Cancellations: In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be scheduled at no additional cost. Program Cancellations: If you need to cancel before the course start date, you have two options: Full Refund — A refund will be issued minus a $15 administrative processing fee. Studio Credit — Apply the full amount paid toward any future course or class at Flowscape Studio. No processing fee applies when choosing this option. We are always happy to help find the best solution for your family.
